About KYC Community Health Center

KYC is a private, not-for-profit Community Health Center dedicated to serving the Elk Grove and Schaumburg Townships. Our mission is to provide accessible health services to all community members, regardless of their background. We focus on holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.
